We’re delighted to share that six members of the Taika3D team will be attending OTWorld Congress and Expo this year – and we’ll be showcasing a number of exciting developments at Stand H41, Hall 1.

As one of the most significant events in the orthotics and prosthetics calendar, OTWorld provides a valuable opportunity to connect with industry leaders, explore emerging technologies, and discuss the future of digital workflows in O&P.

Expanding What’s Possible with Taika3D

Trusted by leading orthotic providers – including Hanger Clinic, International Orthotic Labs, OrthoFeet, and Orthotica Labs -Taika3D has become a global partner for automated custom orthotic design.

At OTWorld, we will be presenting the latest evolution of our platform, including our new automated AFO capability – further extending the range of devices that can be designed through automation, while reducing manual input and improving efficiency at scale.

This enhanced workflow enables clinicians and technicians to move from scan to manufacture in minutes, not hours, through a fully automated process:

Scan cleaning & landmarking → Multi-plane corrections → Functional & mechanical modifications → Trimline generation → 3D print features (if applicable) → Manufacture

Each stage is automated, while still allowing for review, refinement, and full clinical control where required.

Why It Matters

  • Greater flexibility for clinicians to refine designs
  • Significant reduction in manual design time
  • Improved consistency and repeatability
  • Elimination of repetitive tasks
  • Scalable workflows without increasing workload

Expanding the Digital Ecosystem

Alongside our latest automation capabilities, we’ll also be highlighting the flexibility of our platform through integrations with a range of scanning technologies, including MyFit Solutions.

Whether using Taika Capture or third-party systems, our open architecture enables seamless integration across scanning and manufacturing—supporting fully customised, end-to-end digital workflows.

Looking Ahead: Growth Across Europe

As Taika3D continues to expand across Europe, we are also looking to engage with specialist partners who have strong local networks and expertise in orthotics and prosthetics.

Our aim is to broaden access to scalable digital design services, particularly for smaller providers seeking to modernise and grow.

If this aligns with your organisation, we would welcome the opportunity to connect.

An opportunity not to be missed!  Visit us at Stand H41, Hall 1 or book a dedicated demo to see how leading providers are transforming their design workflows with Taika3D.
